Biography
Glorimar Maldonado, affectionately known as "Glory," is a dynamic attorney with a profound commitment to the pursuit of justice. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in central Florida, Glory brings a unique blend of cultural insight and legal expertise to her practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2016. Driven by her passion for the law, she excelled academically, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University College of Law in 2020.
During her time at Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University College of Law, Glory interned at Stovash, Case, & Tingley, P.A., where she served as a legal clerk. In this role, she assisted in matters of complex business litigation, employment law, collective class actions, and real estate matters, further honing her skills in a variety of legal areas.
Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2021, Glory commenced her legal career as a prosecutor in the 7th judicial circuit in the State of Florida. In this role, she litigated a diverse array of felony and misdemeanor cases, showcasing her versatility in the legal arena.
Her journey continued with Moody & Graf, P.A., where she served as an Associate Attorney specializing in commercial litigation. She focused on business litigation, construction law, mechanic’s lien law, commercial real estate litigation, contract litigation and insurance defense. Notably, her practice placed a strong emphasis on alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
Driven by a sense of duty to her community, Glory is an active member of The Florida Bar, regularly providing pro bono legal aid through Community Legal Services of Central Florida. As the treasurer for the West Volusia Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), she contributes to the empowerment and advancement of women in the legal profession.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Glory ensures effective communication and representation for a diverse range of clients, fostering an inclusive legal environment. In addition to her legal pursuits, Glory finds joy in spending time with her pets and family, as well as completing DIY projects for her home.
