Donna Fontana

Donna is a Paralegal and Florida Notary Public with our firm. She has various experience in the legal field, including eight years of experience working at law firms that specialized in Criminal, Civil, Family, Real Estate and now Elder Law.

She was a Town Councilwoman for the Town of Pomona Park and later the Town Clerk, which gave her experience with local Government law in writing Ordinances and Resolutions for the Town.

Donna and her family built their home in DeLand in 2012 and love the kindness of the people in this area. Prior to relocating from the Tampa Bay area, she worked for a Government Department of Energy Contractor and held a Q clearance for Top Secret Restricted Data and later worked for a 9–hospital system in Information Technology.

Donna loves the water, boating, scalloping, lobstering, tubing and kayaking on the Ichetucknee with her family.
